When I started guiding I found the need for a bait that could be fished all day and produce action for my clients, regardless of their personal skill levels. Inline spinners are an excellent option for this purpose. These baits are easy to fish and have been producing for years.

The craze lately has been big bait with big blades, and for good reason - they catch fish. The problem I had was that most people didn’t want to fish the baits for any amount of time, due to the physical strength it took to reel them in.
I started trying different blade designs on the baits I made, looking for something that could be fished comfortably all day by a wide variety of people and skill levels and while consistently producing fish.

The result was the Skirt Chaser magnum .The big number twelve Indiana blades give off a lot of flash and vibration, and are still easy enough to reel in so you’re not wore out after an hour of fishing the bait. The large grub tail incorporated into the bait not only gives it added buoyancy making it easy to fish over shallow rocks and weeds, it will help trigger neutral fish into biting. The silicone skirt flairs nicely in the water and doesn’t have the wind resistance of buck tails making the bait easier to cast on windy days.

The smaller Skirt Chaser standard is the perfect early season or cold front bait. This bait can easily be burned over shallow cover producing reaction strikes from fish in a negative mood or on days when fish just don’t want a big bait.

Try a Skirt Chaser spinner bait on your next musky outing. I think you will be happy with the results

Thanks,
Brian
